Job Title:                      Senior Project and Sales Specialist

Base location:            Presidents Buildings, Sheffield S4 7UQ

Salary:                         Starting salary: £35,000 pa

Hours of Work:          37.5 hours pw:  Mon – Fri varying between 8.30 and 5.30

Holidays:                     24 days, plus bank holidays

Qualifications:            Minimum GCSE Level 4/Grade C English and Mathematics essential. Computer studies/CLAIT qualification or equivalent desirable. ‘A’ level / degree qualified suitable. 

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years in a high-level, multi-disciplinary administration role. Experience of project management, preferably in a sales environment. Experience in a healthcare environment desirable but not essential

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Have full knowledge of and lead on all processes, procedures and workflows in relation to Numed’s Media and Waiting Room solutions (Envisage), including:
      • Envisage Healthcare
      • Envisage Check-in
      • Envisage refreshes
      • Envisage Dental
      • Envisage Ireland
      • The Vet Channel
      • Egton Envisage
      • Glenmornan Envisage
  • Be the point of contact for the sales advisors for any Envisage queries, being confident in giving sound advice and answering any questions they may have.
  • Discuss the benefits of rental vs. purchase with a view to ‘moving’ existing Envisage customer to the rental option.
  • Have a knowledge and understanding of Healthcare bodies and structures
  • Work closely with the Head of Media and Waiting Room solutions as required.
  • Work closely with The Vet Channel team.
  • Work closely with the IT Envisage Projects Lead around complex enquiries, new build requirements and large projects (eg on-site surveys, installation timeframes etc).
  • Ability to manage large Envisage projects from a sales perspective liaising with Sales Development Manager as required and working closely with customer Project Leads.
  • Keeping highly accurate and up-to-date records/spreadsheets of large orders being processed on ‘call off orders’, liaising regularly with the Accounts Team to validate and balance the accounts.
  • Booking of multiple on-site surveys where required for large groups, keeping customers informed and ensuring most efficient routes.
  • Raising quotations and sales orders as required.
  • Act as Envisage sales point of contact for other Numed teams
  • Identify and assist with Envisage marketing opportunities/campaigns and new sales opportunities, including outbound calls, eshots and exhibitions where required.
  • Keep sales team members updated of changes to processes
  • Identify any areas for improvement and discuss with Sales Development Manager/Head of Media and Waiting Room Solutions
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post.
