How to Get Support, Between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm

You will find the answers to security questions and system configuration requirements here. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session.

Step 1: You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to our support team.

Step 2: Your support representative will chat with you online to obtain the details of the problem.

Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Sign in for assistance

1. Please enter your support case reference number.

2. Then enter your authorisation code (given to you verbally by a Support Rep).

3. Finally click the "Continue" button to proceed
