Queen’s Road Medical Practice is one of the three primary care practices on the Island of Guernsey. Gill Quigley, Assistant Practice Manager, recently purchased the Universal 12 Lead ECG System from Numed Healthcare:
“We had originally chosen a different ECG system from Numed, but when we received the equipment we found that it wasn’t quite suitable for our needs. The team at Numed were great and couldn’t have been more helpful. They exchanged the system for another device without any questions and following the trial of a “loan machine” we received the replacement very promptly.
Along with our new device, we also received a Welcome Pack, which explained how the process of installing the new equipment would work, as well as information on who to contact if we had any questions beforehand.
The installation process was very smooth and the equipment was installed at a time that was convenient for us within 3 days of receiving the device. The Installation and Training team handled any questions we had and ensured that the equipment worked correctly on every PC. The training provided by Numed was excellent and they were very knowledgeable about supporting materials and assisted us in getting the best results.
