Service and Calibration Request
Please complete the form below to request servicing and/or calibration of your equipment.
Turnaround time for routine service and calibration work is normally around 2 working days from date of receipt for equipment covered by our MediServe support contract. Chargeable work and/or equipment requiring repair may be longer – please contact us if you require a more accurate estimate of turnaround time.
If you require loan equipment whilst yours is being serviced then please tick the relevant tick box underneath each product (available only for customers with a MediServe support contract covering the equipment).
Note: If we supply you with loan equipment, you will need to meet the cost of returning the equipment to us at the end of the loan period. If loan equipment is not immediately available, you will be placed on a waiting list and your equipment collection (if requested) will not be arranged until the loan equipment becomes available. If you do not return the loan equipment within 1 week of the return of your equipment, charges will apply on a weekly basis. Only request loan equipment if you agree to these terms.
All equipment must be packaged correctly to ensure items are not damaged in transit. You are responsible for the safe and adequate packaging of your equipment during transit to us. Neither we nor the couriers will be liable for equipment damaged or lost due to inadequate packing. Please read our Packing Instructions Guide for more information.
If you use our collection service and wish to cancel or reschedule your collection, please provide at least one working day's notice. Failure to do so will be treated as a failed collection, and the charge will still apply.
