The Green Team Make It Wild: Supporting Local Conservation Efforts
In April, members of our Green Team took part in a conservation day with Make It Wild, as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The team spent the day carrying out hands-on conservation work, including planting 80 trees to help improve biodiversity and support the long-term health of local woodland habitats. Working alongside the experienced team at Make It Wild, the Green Team gained valuable insight into the importance of conservation and the role tree planting plays in tackling climate change and protecting wildlife.
This initiative reflects Numed Healthcare’s wider sustainability goals, which focus on reducing environmental impact, supporting responsible projects, and encouraging greener choices across the organisation. By taking part in practical environmental activities, colleagues are able to actively contribute to positive change while strengthening their connection to sustainability initiatives.
The conservation day marks another positive step forward in Numed Healthcare’s sustainability journey, with more initiatives planned as the organisation continues to embed sustainable thinking into everything it does.
