To change the time and date on your Sunvou FeNO monitor, go to the settings cog and click on Authorisation Code. The code to change the time and date is 080228

To change the length of time it takes before your Sunvou FeNO monitor will automatically shut down, go to the settings cog and click on Authorisation Code. The code to change the shutdown time is 835736

Each test is performed using a disposable bacterial and viral filtered mouthpiece, which is 99.99% efficient; there is minimal risk of cross-infection. A replacement handpiece is supplied with every 100 mouthpieces.

Routine Cleaning

To clean all parts of the Sunvou FeNO monitor, use a damp cloth to gently wipe the monitor down.

Disinfecting
Use non-alcohol-based disinfectants. It is recommended to use disinfectant wipes (with quaternary ammonium content (w/v) 0.18% ~ 0.22%) to disinfect the instrument surface (including the handpiece).

Please check the data to confirm whether all values are consistently showing 5 and 6.
If confirmed, this may indicate a fault with the NO sensor.
Next steps:
If no alternative NO sensor is available:
Reinsert the current NO sensor.
Run the test again.
If the test values return to normal, continue using the sensor.
If the issue persists, the sensor should be replaced.
If a new or verified working NO sensor is available:
Replace the current sensor with the new one.

The Sunvou FeNO monitor does not require annual servicing as the sensor is replaced once your 100, 300 or 500 test pack has been completed.

The device performs an automatic purge cycle after each patient test; during this cycle, it draws ambient air through the tube, filter, and analyser, then expels it, while simultaneously calibrating against the ambient nitric oxide (NO). This process ensures that the internal components remain dry, contaminant-free, and internally validated, ready for the next measurement. As a result of this process, the device will not require annual calibration.

As the Sunvou FeNO performs a QC check and purge cycle after each test, there is no limit on how many tests can be performed within one hour.

The purge cycle ensures that there is no buildup of condensation within the Sunvou unit between patients.
