We offer a chargeable equipment collection service via our appointed couriers.
All equipment must be packaged correctly to ensure items are not damaged in transit. Please read our Packing Instructions Guide for more information.
Our couriers operate between 8am and 4pm and may call to collect at any point between these hours, an exact collection time cannot be given.
The goods must be packaged securely for transportation through the postal system, labelled and ready for collection by 8am on the specified date.
Our appointed courier for Mainland Britain is APC Courier Logistics.
We will not be liable for goods handed to the incorrect courier or handed to the correct courier for dispatch to a company other than ours.
If you are unable to meet these requirements, please make alternative arrangements for the transportation of your goods.
Due to charges imposed by our couriers, failed collections will still be chargeable.
