Envisage is an advanced visual information system that combines health awareness with communication and patient call.
Communicated via a large state of the art LCD screen, practices can run a series of promotional health adverts and practice-focused messages - whilst at the same time calling patients to their appointments.

Typical patient call display boards use basic LED technology to write short messages to patients. With Envisage, you can write longer messages, add images and take advantage of pre-designed national health messages
Using the latest multimedia technology can improve patient health awareness, broadcast practice messages and call patients to their appointments. Vibrantly coloured messages offer a clear, concise and targeted presentation of health and practice information to patients - while they wait for their appointment.
The flexibility of Envisage media messages means practices can choose specific messages from the standard media pack to form a new selection for targeting an individual or group of patients. For example, practices can target young mothers during a new baby clinic.
A vast selection of messages are supplied with each Envisage system, ranging from topical health messages such as smoking warnings and 5 A DAY promotional adverts through to useful practice messages including 'Please turn off your mobile phone' and 'Flu inoculations are available now'.

Envisage automatically collects media pack updates every two months to ensure that practices always have a fresh assortment of the latest national health topics and promotions. Practices can combine standard media messages with their own messages, which are easily created using HTML, jpeg images or Microsoft PowerPoint slides.

Brightly coloured sections show a simple at-a-glance breakdown of those patients that are due, waiting, in consultation, as well as any missed appointments. A clear layout means it's easy for reception staff to quickly see how many patients are waiting or have not shown up. Appointment data can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel for practical analysis. For example, receptionists can calculate the total number of DNAs in a given period. This information can then be used within a customised screen message to inform patients of the importance of cancelling appointments.

The Envisage clinician module allows individual GPs to view a list of their arrived patients. This view provides GPs and nurses with the freedom to call and re-call their patients directly. Once called, an announcement is instantly displayed on the Envisage screen in the patient waiting area. An added feature includes the ability to mark patients as seen or not seen. Selections are reflected instantly on the receptionist module.
